I am extremely unhappy!

Your sales team contacted me and gave me the pitch on your cancer policy, they send me the gift. They asked me for my bank details, I refused to give it! They promised me that nothing would go off my bank account without the signed forms! Guess what! You started to deduct it from my account! So I did nothing because I wanted the policy!

2-3 Months later got a call from your sales team again, to upgrade the policy, I said "no"! They kept nagging me, they sent the gift again. I know you guys record the conversation and kept saying! "I do not want to upgrade"!!! So please get the recordings and listen to it! Guess what happened this morning? You started deducting more money from my account! There is no money in my account! You suppose to do the debit order on the 1st of each month!

Are you guys so desperate? You do not have one form with my signature on for permission to deduct anything from me! Such a big company and so unprofessional!

I want my money back, I will get a policy from another company that actually knows that they need a signed consent from to legally deduct money from some one account!
