I was involved in an accident with one of Telesure's clients and lodged a 3rd party claim for my damaged vehicle. I sent through all the documentation required and waited, and waited. NOBODY phones back EVER. I eventually phoned again and was told that the documentation was not received. We sent it a second and a third and a fourth and a fith time, everytime confirming that they had received it, but when you phone again to find out what is happening with the claim then they didn't receive half the documents. I asked Enid to phone me back in 2 minutes while I look for the claim number, I HAD TO PHONE HER 24 HOURS LATER. She just does not phone and inform clients. I will NEVER take out insurance from THE TELESURE GROUP, and would discourage others from ever doing business with them. Such bad service and lack of interest in their jobs.
I have been waiting 2 months and the assessor only saw the car last week. HOW LONG MUST I BE WITHOUT MY WORK VEHICLE? I AM LOSING MONEY BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER VEHICLE.
