So I call into the Vehicle Finance department to query a debit order that was deducted. The amount deducted was more than the amount agreed upon and the Absa call centre agent (sorry honey did not get your name) could not give me a breakdown of the full amount and was also as dumbfounded as I was. So basically Absa increased my vehicle finance installment by R413 yet no one could explain to me why as my service plan I took out two weeks ago was not reflecting on their system. The agent says she'll pass me through to an "Accounts Specialist", I get through to an arrogant fool who interrupts me every 5 secs as I am trying to speak to him. The more I am trying to find out if he is able to assist me the more he is telling me to which department I am through to. I keep asking him to "listen" the more he just carries on. He then tells me "Mam I will drop this call and will not tolerate you swearing" Yes I swore once but you would make a priest swear if you keep interrupting someone that needs urgent assistance, and I would know which department I am through to as the lady told me. If you cannot deal with an irate customer you do not belong in a callcentre or to work in customer service!
