Phoned in this morning to check why I was charged for a payment that wasn't supposed to be done.
Payment was for a Personal Loan that I am currently paying on a weekly basis. I requested for this payment to be done monthly but it never happened so continued paying it every wednesday.
After paying for all the amount of January's instalment during the course of the month I was still charged this morning for the full ammount.
When i spoke to Tshepo Mibamabaso this morning I was told that this ammount was only supposed to be payable at the end of February and that money would be back in my account TODAY. the person confirmed today since it was a urgent request.
Phoned later on and was told that money will only be in my account by TOMORROW, since the person who I spoke to before still had to request for the refund and the same could only be tranfered to my account tomorrow.
I was still told that complaining wouldn't change anything by Reed, and i would only get the refund tomorrow.
As per the information i got on my first call, I am requesting to have the money back into my account today.
After all this I cannot ever again believe or what to keep my Nedbank account open.
