Group life policy

I sent a e-mail on Wednesday 2014-01-29 informing wesbank that I don't want group life policy. I was asked to fax a signed letter stating that I don't want this policy as it will make me over send on my budget. I did what I was asked but they went ahead and deducted my money. Now I want my money bek and I don't seem to get any response from nedbank. How come they never listen to my concern. I also asked wesbank why I'm not receiving statement of my account and no one bothered to get bek to me. Pls get someone to help me asap
