Wesbank debit my wife's car installment via my bank account.
Luckily for me there was no money in my account, otherwise I would have lost that money forever.
The problem now is that I had to pay a penalty fee for an unpaid debit order and a debit order fee as per Nedbank policy without it being my fault.
I then contacted Wesbank to say to them this is as nobody gave them permission to debit my wife's Wesbank account via my Nedbank account.
Wesbank said to me that they debited my account as that is the account number they have on record - I told them to email me that proof, which they did and the account number is not the same.
I told Wesbank that they are responsible to pay me back the money losses that I have on my bank account - They refused and said it is Nedbanks fault.
I contacted Nedbank division and explain the whole story to them, and nobody got back to me after about a week of waiting for feedback.
Wesbank tried for the second time to do the same thing.
I then phoned again and complained about the same story.
Nedbank said I must go to my nearest branch and go and complaint to the branch manager of that branch.
I went to see them and no feedback till today.
