BEING BILLED FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT TAKE!!!

To whom this may concern,

my car finance is in arears and being so indevted already wesbank decides to add a policy without me agreeing to this, i made a payment arrangement with them to settle the arrears amount, and im paying more than what im suppose to pay, because of a insurance policy being added to my account, this is unacceptable and i want FNB to Comphensate me for this matter, please contact me!
