I went to deposit cash and the branch opened about 10 minutes late. When I finally got into the branch, I noticed there was 1 teller, 1 consultant and 1 person at enquiries!! I honestly thought the staff were running late. So I went to the lady at enquiries and asked her for the manager in charge, she said she was. I asked her does she only have 1 teller, whit a very unforgiving, uncaring attitude she confirmed yes and went on about her business. I told her I am going to take this up, she said go ahead! My how can a big bank have 3 staff in such a branch on a month end. Does nedbank not have temp tellers if the permanent staff are not dedicated to working weekends?? I was forced to make a cash deposit at their atm which is not cash accepting, therefore not making the funds available immediately and I have debit orders running, so should they take out the cash from the atm 2days from now, who is responsible and I will definitely not pay the charges of an unpaid debit order when my money is lying in an envelope. The queue to the 1 teller was just disaster, the branch was like a game in snakes and ladders, just disaster. Nothing is happening at Denlyn, I wonder about Menlyn
