Wesbank unethical, don't trust em

B4 selling my car and contingent on no extra costs, I phoned for a final settlement b4 I sold my car and asked if there were any additional costs. Wesbank's answer was: NO, THERE ARE NONE. When I got my statement, they had deducted R8000.00.mThey will not sort this problem out, nor will they meet with me to listen to recorded conversation. They promise to call back and don't. don't trust Wesbank!!! I want my money, ALL OF IT, YOU Dic heads!!!
