Ignoring a customer???

Hi... I had a claim in Dec 2013 for a cellphone insurance and it was a nightmare getting the claim approved. The service was TERRIBLE... In Jan i sent numerous emails to have the policy cancelled i got a confirmation email from Nkateko Nyambe on the 16th Jan 2014 to confirm the policy is cancelled. On the 28th i was debited R95.77 .I have sent numerous emails to Nkateko but i am been ignored ..I want my funds credited into my account asap. I received a call last week to take out car insurance from Budget ..oh GOSH i would hate to think what a car claim would be like with Budget ..if a cellphone claim was literally a nightmare. I want this sorted out ASAP...
