Cellphone Claim

I cannot get hold of any consultant at Budget Insurance to register a claim for a damaged cellphone. I've tried calling them 3 times over the past 10 days and all they could do was give me a reference number (0004486398). Everytime i call i'm put on hold for about 10 minutes and then told that a consultant will call me back. Of course this never happens. I've even sent emails to [Email Removed] and the person sold the policy to me, but there has been no response to this day.

Their slogan should be 'Quick with collecting your money, slow with the service'. Disappointing to say the least.
