NO Feedback after responding to campaign

Good day,

I am upset with FNB. After taking time out of my day to respond to a campaign email from FNB on the 26th of February 2014 titled "Switch your loans to FNB and save! "... I responded both via email and SMS on that same date and again via SMS on 30 February 2014. I have yet to receive ANY feedback from FNB.

FNB has a history of not responding to these sorts of things. In my time as an FNB customer I have sent numerous requests to be contacted for various products such as Insurance.

If FNB is not willing to serve its clients, or get in touch with me after sending out marketing, I will take my money and my business elsewhere, and I will take this further with the ombudsman. This is not good customer service and is not what I expect from my bank.
