Existing client not good enough 4 smartphone deal

FNB website advertising a Samsung S4 deal for R299 but it is only for new clients. I called the call centre and the deal cannot be done for existing clients. Sad that the existing clients are not good enough for the good promotional deal they are running. All my accounts (Savings acccount, Personal Cheque, Business cheque, Credit card, Petrol card and Homeloan is with this bank. I wonder if there are any other banks out there that would appreciate there clients and at least offer the existing clients, if not better then at least the same deals as new clients. Poor marketing that hasn't considered what the existing clients thoughts would be regarding this campaign.
