Deductions are comming out of my bank and they only give me contact details for the people debiting without my authority and i didnt sign for those services, EM lite mobile. twice now R49 by 2 an R19 by 2, the company i called did cancel the debit order howefer my bank is failing to reverse those amounts. in nedbank flora centre they do the reversals however volsoorus doesnt have the access. the number's am provided to all are not user friendly. its just a joke. my money to be reversed by my bank as i bank with them. companies musnt do as they please in my account without my authority.
