I lodged a complaint yesterday with the card division through my branch (Kroonstad) for bank fees that were charged to my credit card that was supposed to be bundled with my current account.
I just had a call from Ms Lepan, less than 24 hours after I lodged the complaint. She was very polite and helpful and everything has been sorted out to my complete satisfaction.
