I have repeatedly requested (via e-mail) responses to queries with my branch who have simply ignored me, I have had to go into the branch on numerous occasions because of system downtime, have had to queue for hours, have had to wait over an hour after I phoned and made an appointment to see a banker who ignored the fact that I was sitting there and incurred additional charges and expenses as a result of the bank's inefficiency. As at today, after e-mails on 3 consecutive days to 3 separate individual staff members of Nedbank including the branch manager asking for confirmation as to the date of my debit order, the status of my overdraft application requested in early January, and an explanation as to why the bank is not retaining my FICA documents in terms of the Act on record properly, I have still had no response. I am highly disgusted at the shoddy service provided by Nedbank. On the 27th January, everything according to Sumen was supposed to be done regarding the overdraft facility but over a week later, nothing has transpired and I have had no response to my queries. Nedbank's service is so bad I am reporting them to the Ombud & FSB.
