I have lived in my current residence for nearly 5 years now. When I moved there, I updated my FICA with Nedbank, in the Randburg branch. When I changed the postal details for my accounts (a couple of years ago) I confirmed my current address. Now that I am applying for a Home Loan, I have noticed that my electronic statements still have my previous (5 YEAR OLD) address on them and the Nedbank system has not been updated. Why did you waste my time, twice? In our current age of technology, why can I not send a scanned copy of my proof of residence to update my FICA details? Why must I now be RE-inconvenienced, to correct Nedbank's incompetence? If Nedbank's mistake costs me my home loan, there will be more than a Hello Peter complaint coming their way!
