Fnb still deducting my money after a settlement

I settled my personal loan March 2013 with fnb. Still June, July and August 2013 fnb still deducted my money, I went to reverse the money with my bank and enquired with fnb why are still deducting my money. Personal loan dept consultant said on their system it shows that loan was settled and they are no deductions and promised to resolve the matter and come back to me. It stopped for a while so I thought the problem is gone, until now January 29 2014 when deducted the money from my account again and since I get paid on the last day t bounced and my bank charged me. I went to the bank to reverse it again and tried to block it and I called them again they said on their system it does not show anything. On the 31/01/2014 they deducted again. Now bank account reflects bad on me and my bank is charging me reversals charges and unpaid debits and fnb is doing nothing about this. I am feedup with fn
