Deduction of my bank account by loan co

Hi I'm X.T Ntuli, i have been a member of the above company for more than five years. In 2012 January 24, my money was deducted by loan company without any agreement. My bank (Std bank Malvern) told me that they wouldn't reverse my money back but gave the details of the loan company which deducted my money. I then went to scorpion branch in Johannesburg to seek legal assistance. I gave them all the proofs, they called after a week to tell me that the loan company has agreed that they deducted my money by mistake and that they will reimburse by depositing it back to my account. I gave Monica two accounts, my wife and mine, which was the same account at which the money was deducted from. After sometime, they call me asking if the money has been paid, the answer has been NO. Now it has been a year and couple of months my money hasn't been paid back. Now i begin to doubt they credibility and what they claim to be, but yet a paying member.
