Debit not stopped

I had a loan with Aican Bank. The loan was settled early in June. But to my surprise they deducted the money through A NAEDO debit order from my ABSA account on the 19 July 2013. I called African Bank to submit my complaint. They promised to look at the problem. But another deduction went through on the 20th August 2013. This is causing inconvenience on my part as I have to go to ABSA to do a reversal in which I also incur service charges. Will African Bank stop this NAEDO debi order as soon as possible?
