When I took the funeral policy I made an agreement with Regent to debit the premium on the 28th of every month but they did not adhere to our agreement instead they debited on the 24th. On the 28 January 2014 I contacted Regent office telephonically and discussed with them that they must not debit before the 28th and they did not want to hear me out instead they promised that, their consultant will call me back. This was not the only issue I wanted to discuss with them. I am not happy at all because since I'm still waiting for their call.
