Bad Service from Regent - Lack of communication

Hi,
I made a claim with Regent in early to mid January.
I took my car for inspection and got confirmation (via SMS) that my claim went through on the 21st of January2013.
I have been calling Regent to get feedback and I am still yet to get a call back from my claim holder (Matshepo). I am utterly disappointed with the service that I have received and this in essense means that I should drive around with a dented car without a view of when it will get booked in.
I am not sure if I made the right decision about Regent!!!
