I had an adcover with Regent since 2010 till now on the 19th May 2013 when i cancelled it because i bought a new car, first thing it was such a mission to get my previous policy cancelled, i was still debited for the vehicle i sold. On the 20/05/2013 i requested for a new quote for my VW polo of which i was quoted R110.50 and Thodore said i am gonna debited a prorata including admin which is R130.50, it was debited last week but returned unpaid due to wrong bank acc captured by regent. I got an sms that i should call back regent as i have unpaid debit order of R130.50. I phoned & gave them again my right bank acc number. Later on that Thursday, i received a call saying im gonna be debited R250.00, i got very upset because that was news to me. Today again (28th of May, i got a call from some male (Thabo's team leader), he was rude also & told me that he will double debit me & my premium is R130 & something, there and then i got very angry that this premium information keeps changing. I have my FINAL POLICY THAT CONFIRMS MY PREMIUM AS R110.50. THIS IS SUCH A PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES AND IM REALLY OFF & IRRITATED ABOUT THIS STAFF THAT KEEPS CHANGING MY PREMIUM.
