I went to draw cash at Capitec's ATM this morning and it did not have any money. Instead there was a sign suggesting that we make a withdrawal at the till of several mentioned stores, one of which was PEP stores, for R1.00. When I got to the till of the PEP store next to the bank (with my unwanted purchase) I was informed that I had to spend a minimum of R50.00 in order to draw cash.
