My credit card purchases are not being added to the points system every month. Complained with the call centre on the 6th of January 2014 (Ref number 4265346) since then have made numerous follow ups but still no resolution at all. I even sent email to enquiries [UCount Rewards tracker #2215966] I am disappointed) y but still no resolution.
Since i joined ucount i have been on Tier 3 and today when i checked i am now in Tier 2!!! what happened as i have not changed any of my account. Called call centre today Ref number 4331351 and spoke to Michelle and she could not satisfactory respond as to why this has happened.
This is very bad service and nonsense service from standard bank!!! Attend to this matter soon as i am fed up!!!
