Outsurance
No feedback or action on claim

I lodged a claim in October for faulty wind turbines in my roof that leak, it's January and the assessor has been out and a loss adjuster was requested as the construction company selected to do the work refused to do what outsurance was prepared to pay as they thought is wasn't going to solve the problem. After phone calls and emails I can not get an answer on what is going to be done to fix the problem. Every time it rains the problem gets worse and yet nothing is being done!
