Ucount tier level adjustment

I have been struggling with Standard bank to adjust my tier level on their UCOUNT rewards program for 3 months now. I get promised every week that it will be adjusted immediately and NOTHING happens. It has even been ESCALATED but STILL nothing happens. Their worryingly incapable system cannot add my home-loan account. Which adds more concern regarding their points calculation! STAY away from UCOUNT as it is a horrendously bad offering from Standard Bank!
