Budget Insurance
Was sold the wrong product

I am insured for over a year at budget insurance under the impresion that I have full cover as my vehicle is financed through west bank and when I wanted to claim I was informed otherwise.
How can someone sell u a product while your vehicle is financed that only covers 3rd party and loss of vehicle now I am left with a damaged vehicle and insurance that was sold to me under false pretenses if I had known that I would have never have made use of BUDGET!!!
