I received an sms on Friday, 20 Jan informing me that Standard Bank will be in contact with a special offer and to reply stop to opt out - which I did. I have now received a call from them every day since Monday regarding their "wonderful offer" I have told each agent that I have opted not to receive these offers and to please make a note that I do not want to receive any further calls. Just got another call from a script reading telesales agent!!! What is the point of spending money and time to opt out of these things when they have no disregard for you? Disgusted.
