Cold Calling for Credit Cards

I am not a customer of Standard Bank nor have I ever been, so I wonder how the heck they get my Cellphone and work numbers to cold call me to sell me a credit card?? The call center number is 0110617373 and they claim they are an independant call center for Standard Bank. I have been a victim of CC twice in one month with my own bank, and I do not see giving my personal details over the phone to a pushy telesales agent. PLEASE CONFIRM IF THIS IS A STANDARD BANK CALL CENTER INDEED AND HOW IT IS IN LINE WITH THE CPA TO OFFER CREDIT CARDS TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT YOUR OWN CLIENTS?! DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!!
