Dissapointing customer service from Standard bank

I am very disappointed in Standard bank SA. I have a homeloan for the last 6 years with standard bank. my stop order for the loan are debited on the 15th of each month as I am in the army and qualify for a subsidy, I am therefore not allowed to have a debit order. My premium was never late. I have an acessbond and requested for funds. The agent told me he will log a query and I will have access the next day. However, the
next day, a consultant phoned me to inform me my account is in arrears with R5000. I asked the consultant how this is possible as the account reflects a CREDIT OF R7900.The consultant told me that she will ask her supervisor to contact me. The next second, i receive a sms that my homeloan is in arrears. I again contact the callcentre and queried the latter, which again could not be explained. Again i asked a senior to contact me. the next minute I receive a mms, informing me that my homeloan is in serious arrears. My acc has now been transferred to rehabilitation section. I am hoping that someone from standard bank will contact me to explain this. if no feedback is received, I will revert to the ombundsman. For the RECORD, your service is pathetic!!!
