Not taking care of their customers

I have been with outsurance since 2012, I recently contact them that I want to cancel my insurance since I was not working and their premiums where too high. they didn't even care to give me a better offer. now that I have a job I don't whether to take them back or not because of the way they treated me.

I think if one is a customer we deserve a better offers
