I owed R3987 to boodle which was overdue. I then deposited R3500 to boodle on the 3rd of June 2013, which did not have a reference number on it. I emailed the deposit slip to [Email Removed] to advise them of the payment so they can trace it and update my account, they didnt.on the 4th of June, i paid R708.00 into boodle to finish up the amount owed, then they updated and loaded the R708 onto my account but the R3500 is still not reflecting as paid. I have been communicating with both boodle and HTN collections team and emailed them the desposit slip for R3500 and its still not updated 7 days later. Thandeka refused to give me her supervisor name, and then made me hold forever (with the hop that i will hang up)... then after days when I insisted on the supervisor name she transfered me to precious, her colleague (at same level as her), then I insisted again, she gave me the name Nontetho, who promised to call me back and she hasnt, now when I call for Nontetho to follow up, Thandeka tells me that nontetho is in a meeting and her manager says i must contact HTC collections. HTC told me they cant update the account because i made the payment to boodle, not HTC.Boodle service, pathetic
