Given the wrong advice and passing the buck

We were running our small business from our personal account and were advised by Desiree to change to a Bizlaunch account. What a big mistake their charges are excessive!! We explained we don't have supplier accounts and run our suppliers on a COD basis and therefore have alot of transactions. She said not a problem the bizlaunch would be a great product. I am now wracking up anything from R80 to R160 a day in bank charges. From the 18th to the 24th alone was R620.00. This was a perfect case of the customer over to make a sale. When you call the business banker call centre they cannot help you as that is the problem and tough luck and cannot put you through to your business banker as they are busy.

I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by this as being a small business who could grow and form a long standing relationship with a bank this is appauling behaviour which sours the relationship before it has even begun.
