I have a small business and applied for funding through Standard Bank. After being declined many times, I went through to Standard Bank Clearwater Mall and spoke to the Branch Manager, Michelle Craddock and business banker, Meryl Perumel. Due to difficulties from both client (myself) and the credit department, a huge task was imposed on both branch manager, but mostly, business banker. Finally, with hard work from both, this issue has been resolved. Kudos to the Clearwater Mall team. They handled, what I would best describe as a very difficult client in very difficult circumstances, exceptionally well. ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS helpful. I would personally recommend Clearwater Mall Standard Bank as the perfect small business partner to all business owners. They really have taken the time, not only to understand my situation, but put all effort in the resolution of my issues.By far, Standard Bank has re-affirmed my choice in a business banking partner that's perfect for my business needs.
