I have a funeral policy with standard bank, since 2006.so now i dont understand why they always derbit the money late cause our agreement is to derbit on the 25 of each month.so today i went to the back to check my bank statement only to find out the derbit order says insufficent funds, what i dont understand how can they say insuficiant funds while im still left with four hundred and eighty four cent on the 26 of january.i need someone to explain to me, cause i cant loose that policy.ive been having that policy for a verry long time
