I applied for a blackberry 9320 in december 2012 and only got the phone towards end of january 2013.I've received service from MTN since then, they derbit my account on the wrong day of which I end up paying an unnessesary extra amount of money due to their incompetence. All they can tell me is that in march they derbited on the correct date cause they had problems with their bank which is standard bank, what da does that hav to do with me... MTN is so incompetent!!! and their agents who doesn't even know how to service their customers.!
