When I went into hospital they gave me me good service.
When I got discharge it changed, but I went to them and they looked at both sides of the story and they saw they were wrong and they did agree to pay my claim.

They had the time to listen to there customer and all was sorted.

Thanks for the service, even though there were hiccups it was all sorted at the end of the day.
