11 days without a toilet???

I have now been waiting for 11 days for Outsurance to sort out my claim under my houseowners policy. The claim was lodged and I had to wait 6 days before the assessor came out, another 3 days before Outsurance approved the claim. The supplier 0860PLUMBER have now advised that they need to have the toilet painted (as it is a coloured toilet) and it will take anything between 1 to 2 weeks!!! No guarantee on the paint job either!!!
