Outsurance OUT to make money and do not care

On 25/6/2013 my children were held at gun point and my home burgled. I lodged a claim later the same day. The next day I received a call from the assessor (Corne de Bruyn) from SIAS. She was not prepared to meet with me after hours so I had to take time off from work again. The Friday, two days after our ordeal - I was shocked to be interrogated for 2 hours regarding my claim. I just want to warn people that Outsurance pays your first claim - but don't claim again, then the assessors are out to find the littlest thing to make sure that the claim is not paid out. Must I be penalised for making a mistake and not remembering what I said in a statement 3 years prior, when I was not even insured by outsurance? I am questioning the slogan's "you always get something out" and "we bend over backwards for you" - this is not true. My children went for therapy and the assessor has the gall to ask a family member if we were really robbed! All I wanted was for my possessions to be replaced, that is why I took out the insurance and paid the premiums - for nothing it seems. I did not ask to be robbed 2X this year. Still waiting for the detailed letter I requested and promised the next day
