I have had a debit order that keeps going off my account from a service provider for a cancelled contract. I went to FNB on THREE different occassions to put a stop on the debit order. I was assured that any amounts going off my account from R0-R10000 from this service provider will not go off my account, and i paid each time to do this. Then they go and debit my account with no money in my account and FNB lets it go through. How do you let a stopped debit order go through when there isn't even sufficient funds. Because of this my smart device wasnt able to go through and now my account is blocked. On top of all of this your USELESS attempt to contact me constantly for the passed 2 months is ridiculous. Do you think im standing around waiting for your automated call system to call me so I can be put on hold for 10 MINUTES just to get told that I must call back. Get a human to pick up the phone and call and stop waisting peoples time!!!
