1st of sep i had an accident where another vehicled bumped me at the back. I have insured my vehicle with king price insurance, its a 2012 hyundai ix35. The service i received from them to come and tow my vehicle was appalling because accident accured at about past 1 and we called them to advise of this. I was informed that we will be receiving a call back from someone there and no one called. I have waisted over R200 of airtime on the calls being passed on from one person to the other. I ended up demanding to speak to a supervisor and chap called marvin spoke to me and thats the only time they dispatched a towtruck at that point at about 4pm. I then got a call from the towtruck company used (first road) at 5pm asking where my location is. Can someone really sit in an accident scene for that long. Monday i had a call and was asked where my car is.this was really shocking and till today they cant tell me where my car is. Tebogo Seiso is now handling my claim but to be honest theres absolutely nothing that she's handling. Its been two weeks and theres no communication i know nothing about my car and very angry about this. The service is decreasing just like the premiums. I need my car!
