Hi I'm Prudence Magudulela

I've got a problem with these guys from ITC BA, last month they have called and advise me to pay my account early due to early payments in December which I agreed on it, and this month they haven't deducted anything at my bank and I still have money, but they called and tell me a pure that they tried to deduct, but they couldn't get moner and that's a I still have R2600 on my account that I haven't use and they must only deduct R300 and now they telling me that if I don't go to Edgars and do the payment they will deduct double, I can't take half days for that coz the arrangement was made for a deduction. I trust you going to help on this issue coz I can't afford to be treated like this.
