I signed the debit order with African Bank for the 1st of every Month but everytime I have to call in to re-arrange the debit date since they are always trying to deduct the last day of t he Month, despite the arrangement date, Last Month (Sept) the 20th they even tried to deduct again even though my account is always up to date, I called in to inquire why the debit order was instituted for that date I couldn't get answer for that. to my surprise this Month they deducted x2 even though my account was/is never behind I am tired of their poor service and even when I ask to talk to a senior I am always told that they aren't available to attend to my call, I sent an email to ombudsman to date I haven't received any response. their service is pathetic.
