Egret ever allowing stanrd to finance me

Hi

I regret ever allowing standard bank to finance my car, i literally call them every month asking them to deduct my installment from my account. The documented agreement was that they must deduct the money from my account every month on the 26th and they still not keeping to their side of the contract, yet they call me every month saying im behind with my payments yet the money is in the bank account waiting for them to deduct. I speak to different consultants on a daily basis and they keep promising to deduct the money but they never do. They were supporst to deduct on the 26th of November and today is the 13th of December and they still havent deducted the premium.
its very disappointing for a big reputable company like them to be so incompetent.

My question is that is this what im going to deal with for the next conming few years?
