Worst insurance provider I have ever had

I have been unsuccessful in getting hold of anyone at ABSA insurance provider for the past 3 days. They are just not answering any phones. I have "escalated" to my private banker, but had had no luck through her either.
This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this crowd. My advise to anyone contemplating to get finance through ABSA, is STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, just to avoid having to deal with their insurance department.
