3 seperate calls logged with 3 seperate reference numbers on various escalations done with FNB, yet they refuse to address my query regarding cancelled debit- card transaction. EVEN Managers dont return calls. Query outstanding for 3 weeks now, despite promised turn around time of 5 working days? NOW THATS WHAT I CALL FALSE ADVERTISING... NEXT STOP: OMBUDSMAN!
