Barring of cellphone

My Cell phone out of the blue gets barred, I got no courtesy call at all. My wife called but they refuse to help her even though she has my credit card, my banking details, My ID book, my address etc. My credit card has been debited for the last 10 years with Cellc and there is more than enough money at all times to cover my account. My wife can even tell them the dates they debit my account but they refuse to help her and I am in meetings all day so I have a problem as well as a hearing problem so she does most of my personal things for me. She has my bank cards with her all the time so has the numbers etc. She can indentify herself with the same address where we reside too but they still refuse to assist. This is not the second time this has happened to me and I use this phone for business reasons and now I am going to loose business because of their stupidity. I am furious and now I will move all our accounts to another provider and we will inform all our family to not to ever use cell c again. My Cell number is 0849837079
