CELL C FROM THE POOR

Last August I purchases a 3G data card but returned it a few days later due to there being no signal where I actually needed it. The return was accepted and my initial fee of R85 returned to me. Later on in the month, I was charged a once off fee for the data card of R114. At the end of August I was charged R118 for the data card and every month thereafter until I logged a stop payment with my bank. I have called numerous times up until January when I handed over to my attorneys. My attorneys have sent letters of demand and also been promised "elevation" to the managers, nobody has had any joy. They owe me almost R1000 and refuse to pay it back or even speak to me. Then they call me 2 days after I activated the stop order to ask where their money is!? Again I explained the situation and was promised a call back. I don't earn much money and am scraping together cash to keep my kitten alive at the vet, selling whatever I can so that she can live, and Cell C are from me and not giving me MY money back, won't even return my calls especially now when I am fighting so hard to get whatever I can to pay the vet bills.
