Funeral Policy not paid to date

I submitted my claim on the 17th January 2014. I was patient during your 5 day assessment period. To date I have not heard a single bit of feedback from you guys, unless I call in and get the abrupt and aggressive lady on the other end, I have lost track of the amount of messages I left for Kim Morris to call and not even a courtesy call or a mail or even a returned call to indicate what's going on. To my knowledge, the purpose of a funeral policy is to make life easier at a time like this. I am currently in a position that I have withdrawn every cent of savings I had, and on top of that did not pay any of my accounts for January which places me in areas in those accounts now just to get everything paid up for my fathers funeral - this is not peace of mind... I am up to my neck right now and over and above all of that I have a 9 month old baby that has needs which I am struggling to meet currently because of the position i am in thanks to Instant life. Also I was informed my claim coudl be declined - its a funeral policy, not medical aid or car insurance... I have paid my premiums, I exect to be paid out. I expect feedback today from someone if not Kim's trusty steed in claims dept
